Ernest Knight II, PE, PLS 
President
Ernest Knight II, an Engineering Graduate of Pennsylvania State University, is a multi-state registered Professional Engineer and a Pennsylvania registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 45 years of experience in the Civil Engineering arena. He has been a long-standing member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Pennsylvania Association of Municipal Engineers. Ernest is a current member of the Warrington Rotary, who during his tenure has held several office positions.
Ernest launched his career at A.W. Martin Associates, Inc. After 17 years of project management, he employed his strong work ethic and vast knowledge of stormwater facilities design, as well as subdivision and land development design and municipal experience, as co-owner of CKS Engineers, Inc. Later, in 1987, Ernest founded Knight Engineering, Inc. where he and his staff have successfully provided engineering consulting services to municipal and private clients from the initial planning stages through construction to final project completion.
Daniel E. Gray, PE 
Vice President
With over 15 years of experience representing municipalities in Bucks County, Mr. Gray is well versed in all aspects of municipal engineering. After graduating from Drexel University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering, Mr. Gray became a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvania in 1999 and has completed several continuing education courses in Stormwater Management and Best Management Practices. Mr. Gray’s innovative approaches to difficult problems have allowed the firm to resolve questions that initially seemed impossible to answer.
George W. Gray III 
Director of Construction Management
Mr. Gray is Knight Engineering’s Director of Construction Management. In this dynamic role, Mr. Gray oversees/coordinates/manages and leads a team of dedicated professionals to assure municipal construction projects are completed to the utmost satisfaction of Knight Engineering’s clients. Mr. Gray is also a proven senior level land development manager having managed all aspects of multiple residential and commercial site development projects, including due diligence investigations, value engineering, design interpretation, cost budgeting, contract negotiations and day to day construction management. In addition to Mr. Gray’s management responsibilities, he also oversees and synchronizes the business end at Knight Engineering.
Mr. Gray is no stranger to the local Land Development industry, having spent more than 20 years working in the industry for both the municipal and private sectors. This duo-role prospective has enabled Mr. Gray to bring unparalleled insight into an ever challenging and demanding environment. Together with his B.S. degree in Management, Mr. Gray is able to provide the perfect background for a solid leader in the Land Development industry.
Craig C. Seidle 
Environmental Specialist
Craig has 30 plus years of experience in consulting services with environmental and engineering companies. His educational background in earth sciences and his extensive field work in soils and wetlands have provided clients with valuable planning tools. His technical expertise has been widely accepted by local municipalities and state and federal agencies.
Michael Lilly 
Project Engineer
A 1983 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and majored in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Technology. Has certification with the International Code Council for residential construction under the International Building Code. Prior to coming to Knight Engineering, was employed nearly 20 years at previous position which included experience with the design of residential and commercial developments; municipal review of commercial and residential developments; along with design and construction management for municipal infrastructure (sewer, water, and roadway) improvement projects. Currently brings 27 years of experience to Knight Engineering in design, municipal review, and construction management.
Brian Cicak 
Design Engineer
A graduate of Penn State University, Brian earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a structural background in 2006. Prior to joining Knight Engineering in 2008, Brian was employed by a firm that specialized in commercial land development design. Since coming to Knight Engineering, Brian has been responsible for project reviews, cost estimating, and project engineering. Brian also assists in the field with construction monitoring to ensure developer compliance with Township regulations.
